What we hold: your name, phone number, property address, and any access notes you give us (for example pets or parking).

Why: only to arrange and carry out your appointment, and to share the necessary details with the contractor attending.

Who sees it: the letting agency's staff and the specific contractor booked for your visit. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.

How long: we keep appointment records only as long as needed for the tenancy and legal record-keeping, then delete them.

Your rights: you can ask the letting agency to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
